What a shopping mall...

Last weekend I didn't have long holiday like most people. I had to go to office on Sunday for year end closing. Luckily I could be off Monday so I could take my brother and his GF, who came for new year holiday, to Grand Indonesia. I've been there twice to watch some movie at Blitz Megaplex, but never really got any chance to explore. So my visit last Monday was to catch up what I had missed all these while.

We enjoyed the musical fountain, quite as much as the ambiance brought by its thematic interior. Other than that, the outlets were not much different from what we had anywhere else. It was just a humongous mall with overthetop interior afterall hehe... Humongous, that my back was aching carrying Gaizka around it. Humongous that we nearly got lost ^_^

Next time I'm taking Gaizka to Margo City instead. That would be easier for my back and pocket, I suppose ^_^

Books: Road, Twilight

I'm into books. But since my preference is that of the very light, ha-ha kind of books, they usually don't intimidate me, unlike the one I've just finished reading: Cormac McCarthy's ROAD.
If I have to describe it in a word, then I have to say: the book is GRAY, really just GRAY. The mood and everything... Two days after finishing it, I went for my monthly shopping. And I was tempted to stockup more canned foods, diaper, towel, etc, just in case the world turned into something like what the book said. Geez.... have I gone mad? hehe

Now that I'm over with ROAD, I moved on to another book: Stephenie Meyer's Twilight. I've actually seen the book in bestseller's rack long time but didn't really interested until I watched the movie last week. (For me) The movie was...captivating... So I just had to read it. Am at page 175now and no complaint so far... Edward Cullen is sooo damn cool!!

Update: I've finished the whole Twilight Saga thingy weeks ago. Twilight was cool, New Moon was ok, Eclipse was boring but still acceptable, and Breaking Dawn was just too much (alias maksa banget deeeeh). So, I would have stopped with just Twilight

Sigh

Have you ever miss something so bad that you finally dread the thing?

It's the 3rd Year

Yup...it is our third year of togetherness (in marriage ^_^)
Currently am just content with whatever things in our household, especially that little bundle of joy called Gaizka (Bunda loves you dearly, tampan...)

Not to say our journey's without bumps (Hell, we have many of them...), but so far what comes of them is a slightly better me and him. So, mouth is shut of complaints (at least for the time being)

Why him...why me... let's not stuck in a question, which may lead to a comparison with other people, bittersweet memories, or similar things. Bottom line is life really goes on, it's not a must, it just does... So, A Zaa!!

Owell, AyahGaizka's already waiting @ Plangi. We're going to have Twilight to celebrate the anniversary (oyeaaahh some love story to celebrate our love journey with hehe...)

K Drama-junkies

Last weekend was supposed to be a joyous weekend, 3 days holiday due to Eid Al Adh!!
But I could only wish as I was forced to work through sunday for SAP master data submission, geez...

Anyway some good came out of it... Since I was working at home, I was able to flip through pages of multiply, youtube, etc. And guess what... I stumbled across a very funny K-drama called "18 vs 29". It's not by KJH or any of those cute looking Korean guy, but the story was just utterly interesting. If few days back I was "drained" and became totally "gray" because of Cormac McCarthy's Road, then today I'm completely "blue" because of this K drama hehe..

Dunno, it's just that K drama always brings the shiver ^_^ Err......it's me being melancholic...or silly I must say?!....

Just love the song, the stories, the outfit, the guys (smirk), saranghaeyo K drama!!!

Kamsahamnida ^_^
